Hypnotherapy is hypnosis with added programming and is the most direct way to access the subconscious mind to generate real change quickly!
Is Hypnosis Medically Approved?
Yes. Since 1958, The American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association have approved hypnotherapy as an effective modality and a valid form of treatment.
Is Hypnosis Mind Control?
No. Hypnosis is a natural state. You cannot be hypnotized against your will nor will be made to say or do anything which violates personal standards of behavior or integrity.
Will I be Unconscious or Knocked Out?
No. You will always be perfectly able to speak or move if you choose but most people are so relaxed that they don't.
You will also not get "stuck" in hypnosis, no matter how relaxed, you will wake up at the end of each session.
Is Everyone Hypnotizable?
Yes, if they so choose. The natural ability to achieve a level of relaxation does depend on the individual; however, with the assistance of a skilled hypnotherapist, anyone can quickly learn.
How Soon Will I Experience Results?
Right away. Results vary depending on the individual, however, benefit is felt from the first session. In fact, many issues are significantly improved or resolved after just a few sessions.
