Yes. Since 1958, The American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association have approved hypnotherapy as an effective modality and a valid form of treatment.

Is Everyone Hypnotizable?
Yes, if they so choose. The natural ability to achieve a level of relaxation does depend on the individual; however, with the assistance of a skilled hypnotherapist, anyone can quickly learn.
How Soon Will I Experience Results?
Right away. Results vary depending on the individual, however, benefit is felt from the first session. In fact, many issues are significantly improved or resolved after just a few sessions.
